We are seeking talented OIM Developers/Admin professional who will be part of the
Position: OIM Developer/Administrator
Experience: Minimum 3+ years
Location:
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Should be able to perform wide variety of development OIM tasks and of an Oracle identity management system.
- They are responsible for the development and support for a highly redundant OIM architecture consisting of multiple target system such as OID, AD, PeopleSoft, Oracle DB, and UNIX in a fast paced dynamic hosted environment.
-These responsibilities include developing designing, installing, maintaining, and supporting all OIM hardware/software. - The OIM developer recommends and supports OIM policies and standards, ensuring adherence to procedures.
Experience:
•3+ years experience developing, implementing, Integrating and architecting information systems with OIM
•Experience with OIM v9.1 is plus
Required skills:
•Design, develop and implement Identity Management: Oracle OIM, OID, and OVD
•Experience building resource adapters, integrate role-based access control, end-user provisioning, and synchronization services with existing application systems
•Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation plans.
•Experience in Installing, Configuring and Maintaining Identity Management applications: OIM, OID and OVD
•Experience customizing OIM connectors
•Support and understand technologies like LDAP, Databases, networks, etc.
•Familiarity with BEA WebLogic
•Oracle RAC and high availability architecture experience is a plus
•Experience with Active Directory
•Experience with Oracle Identity Directory Server
•Experience with the various development environment languages: J2EE, Java, JavaScript, .NET or C#
•OIM Familiarity in the following Areas:
1.Single Sign-on
2.Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design in Directory Schema OR Namespace OR Replication topology OR Resource Provisioning OR Role Based Access Control OR Java Development
